How we engage
Most AI work fails because it automated the wrong thing enthusiastically. The first two weeks exist to make sure that does not happen - and you can walk away at the end of them with the plan in hand.
We sit with the team doing the work, map the process end to end, and put a number on what each manual step costs today. You leave with a build plan and a working prototype of the highest-value step - whether or not you continue with us.
1–2 weeks
One workflow at a time, against your real data from week two. You see a working demo every week; nothing is built for three weeks in silence and revealed at the end.
4–8 weeks
The system goes live with a person approving every action. As the evaluations hold, we raise the autonomy threshold step by step. Nothing runs unattended because it demoed well.
2–4 weeks
We operate and improve it on a monthly retainer, or we train your team, hand over the runbook and the repository, and step back. Both are normal endings. Neither requires you to keep paying us to keep the lights on.
